Speedway is one of the most action packed and dynamic motorcyclesports in the world! But despite large changes to the bikes and the riding style over the past 100 years, are there still some basic skills to learn to master this disipline and to enjoy the sport at your level and ambition. 

Henrik got over 20 years of experiece as Speedway coach and have since 2002 used his unique coaching skills on beginners and all the way to Speedway GP riders.
